After being retired from the legal world, Chip has been asked to come out of retirement, parttime. Such a warm and kind gentleman, with a lovely wife, who is equally warm. They have a German Shepherd, and a pack of kids and grandkids round out the family. Their home backs up to the golf course at St. James and Chip enjoys playing golf in his spare time.
